Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

• You keep ownership of the information, photos and documents you add. You are responsible for that content.
• By adding content you confirm you have the right to use it — for example, that you may upload a photo or share information about another person, and have any consent needed.
• You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or that you do not have permission to share.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful purpose or to harass or harm others;
• attempt to access families or data you have not been given access to;
• disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or attempt to break the security of the service.

Sharing and collaboration

When you invite people to a family, you choose their role and what they can do. When you connect to another tree, you share read access to your tree with that family. Use these features responsibly and only with people you trust.

Availability and changes

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. These terms may be updated; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Relationship names and other derived information are computed from the data entered and may be incomplete or incorrect.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither the operator of this deployment nor the software authors are liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. You are encouraged to keep your own backups.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Access may be suspended or removed if these terms are breached.
